The Capital Markets and Technology Association (CMTA) developed a set of AML standards for Digital Assets

On October 18th 2018, the Capital Markets and Technology Association (CMTA) issued a set of AML standards for Digital Assets. These applicable rules provide guidance for the treatment of digital assets by businesses, Swiss Banks, securities dealers and financial intermediaries for the compliance with Swiss regulations against money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
