Olivier Depierre, co-founder and Partner of the firm, is an attorney-at-law specialized in TGE support based on replicated hash-block technologies with a former background and long experience in Banking law, financial regulation and white-collar crimes.

He worked several years with banks and other financial intermediaries in the field of compliance and acts now on mandates for establishments subject to a prudential supervision, actors subject to a prudential supervision in the near future, such as trustees, independent portfolio managers and investment advisers, as well as on mandates for commercial companies in connection with matters in banking and financial law, regulations of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA (guarantee of irreproachable business activity, rules of conduct, authorization requests), criminal business law as well as in contract law and debt collection & bankruptcy law.

Former assistant at the University of Geneva in criminal law, Olivier is also a retired investigating Magistrate (captain) of the Swiss Military Court of First Instance.

He holds a LL.M in Banking & Financial law, a MAS in Compliance Management and is a registered Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP). He is a a member of the ICO evaluation committee of the Canton of Geneva and a regular author at the Centre for Banking and Financial Law at the University of Geneva. Moreover, Olivier is a speaker on blockchain/cryptocurrencies and financial regulation for various conferences. He has published a lot of articles and contributions in the Swiss French-speaking press.

Alex Naray focuses his practice primarily on Swiss and international tax law, commercial law and corporate law. He advises and assists local and international companies as well as individuals for all tax matters including tax matters related to cryptocurrencies, tokenization and other blockchain-related topics.

He has over 10 years of experience as a Swiss lawyer and has founded, advised and managed numerous startup-ups, mainly active in new technologies. Alex is also a blockchain enthusiast and the founder of Bitcoin Academy Sàrl one of the first company specialized in Blockchain and crypto-assets training in Switzerland. He is also a member of the ICO evaluation committee of the Canton of Geneva.

Former research and teaching assistant in tax law and for the LL.M Tax program at the University of Geneva where he taught Swiss and international tax law in French and English, Alex is also a retired Judicial Law Clerk of the Swiss Military Court (First lieutenant).

Alex is the co-author with Prof. Xavier Oberson of a study on the source taxation of cross-border workers (Switzerland-France) that had a considerable impact on the Cantons of Jura and Neuchâtel’s tax policy.

Raphaëlle Nicolet is an attorney-at-law specialized in economical (white-collar crimes) and regular criminal law. She has a strong and broad expertise of the Swiss criminal law. She also practices in civil law, family law, labour law and contract law. She works in French, English, Spanish and to a lesser extent in German. Since 2019, she is working also in Bangkok for Vovan Trocadelyo Group. She advises expats, Swiss people and businesses but also Thai people about different matters related to Switzerland.
